Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders placed on our website are processed within 24–36 business hours from the time the order is successfully confirmed.

  • Once your order is processed, it is handed over to our logistics/courier partners for shipment.

  • Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during high-volume sale periods may require additional processing time.

Please note that order processing timelines are separate from delivery timelines.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across PAN India, subject to the serviceability and operational coverage of our courier and logistics partners.

Delivery availability may vary depending on:

  • Pin code serviceability

  • Courier network accessibility

  • Government restrictions

  • Weather or operational disruptions

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch may vary depending on the destination location and courier operations.

Approximate delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Shipment Tracking & Updates

Once your order is dispatched:

  • A shipping confirmation message/email will be shared with tracking details.

  • Customers will receive periodic updates regarding shipment movement, transit status, and delivery attempts wherever applicable.

Walker’s Odyssey will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed at every major stage of the shipping process.

Delays in Delivery

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier network delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Political disruptions or strikes

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Walker’s Odyssey shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or unforeseen external events.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery Attempts

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order.

If:

  • The address provided is incorrect or incomplete,

  • The customer is unavailable during delivery attempts,

  • The shipment is refused by the recipient,

the order may be returned to us by the courier partner. In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply, or

  • The order may become ineligible for refund on shipping charges.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Walker’s Odyssey reserves the right to revise shipping charges without prior notice.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery.

If the package appears:

  • Opened,

  • Tampered with,

please either:

  • Refuse delivery, or

  • Record clear photos/videos and contact us immediately.

Claims regarding damaged shipments must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
